SCADA – supervisory control and data aquisition
All of our machines fall under INDUSTRY 4.0/5.0, and are equipped with a SCADA system featuring advanced IoT capabilities that allow for real-time remote monitoring of the entire process's transformation and automation status.
The presence of internal sensors detects real-time values for temperature, humidity, pH, CO2, CH4, and O2, allowing for process optimization and environmental monitoring.
Thanks to Smart Technology, Kompost City's Business Intelligence system can analyze data from the composter, creating a dashboard that allows users to monitor and, if necessary, adjust the operational settings aimed at optimizing the transformation of organic waste within the composting chamber at all its stages.
The process is therefore managed in an automated and remote manner, using Artificial Intelligence (AI) and machine learning to make it simpler and more efficient.
