KCA is a composting accelerator based on an automatic heating system with resistors; it decomposes waste into compost at high temperatures. The composting chamber of the machine is kept at a constant optimal temperature and airflow to support the thermophilic activity of composting bacteria. The waste is moved on a scheduled basis by stainless steel mechanical arms (AISI 304) with a minimum thickness of 10 mm. In addition to stabilizing temperatures through resistors and managing airflow, it is necessary to add 0.2% of thermophilic microorganisms once a week.

The operation of the KCA accelerator is very simple
Preliminary process:
- Add the composting culture 0.2 (based on the daily capacity of the KCA system) into the machine.
- Place:
Place the separated organic fraction into the loading hopper - Ensure that no non-organic materials (plastic/glass) are loaded into the hopper.
- The turning of the waste will be carried out automatically at a preset frequency within the machine, with the help of stainless steel mechanical arms (AISI 304) with a minimum thickness of 10 mm.
The compost will be collected from the exit through the process cycle
- The compost will be collected from the exit into a suitable container
- Day 1 – Add 0.2% bacterial culture
- Days 1 to 6 – Add food waste for 6 days according to the machine's capacity
- Day 7– Do not load organic waste
- Day 8 – Remove the treated waste using the discharge auger until it reaches the level of the shaft
